Terms

The conditions set out here are an informative extract with the main points. To formalize the stay, it is mandatory to sign the full accommodation contract that we will send once we receive your data, a mandatory requirement to validate the reservation according to the rural tourism regulations of the Junta de Andalucía.

1. Payment Method: Bank Transfer

2. Payment Terms:
   A 50% reservation deposit is due within 5 days of booking confirmation.
   The remaining 50% balance is due 1 month prior to arrival.
   Reservations made less than 40 days in advance require a single direct payment in full upon confirmation of the reservation.
   Late payment may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund of amounts already paid.

3. Security Deposit: €300 cash upon arrival and will be refunded in cash upon departure after a condition check. Any damage, loss, or negligence will be deducted from the deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, the guest will be responsible for paying the difference.

4. Timing:
   Check-in from 17:00,
   Check-out before 10:00.
   A surcharge of €30 may be applied for arrivals after 9:00 PM, with midnight being the last arrival time.

5.  Included Services: The rental price includes cleaning upon arrival, bed linen, and towels (excluding beach towels). Cleaning services during the stay are excluded. Any optional extras will be detailed on the booking contract.

6. Parties: They are strictly prohibited. In case of inappropriate behavior, the owner may terminate the contract without obligation to refund any amounts paid.

7. Pets: One pet is permitted if registered at the time of booking. A surcharge of €10 per day applies. Bringing a pet without prior notice may result in immediate cancellation without compensation.

8. Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation more than one month before arrival, the client will be exempt from paying the remaining 50%, with no right to a refund. Cancellations made after this period will incur the full amount.

9. Important Check-in Information: In accordance with Andalusian rural tourism legislation and Royal Decree 933/2021, access to the accommodation is conditional upon the prior signing of the accommodation contract by the reservation holder and the official registration of the identity of all guests. If this information is not provided before arrival, the property will cancel the reservation without a refund.
